At 48 years old, Tayrin “Ty” Concepcion is a woman who radiates both strength and joy. As an accomplished Executive Director and Real Estate Broker, she balances her professional success with her greatest source of pride—being a grandmother of six. Ty is a woman who embraces life fully, always seeking growth, strength, and new experiences.
Surprisingly, before joining this project, Ty had never been professionally photographed. Skeptical at first, she decided to take this step as a gift to herself—a chance to see herself in a new light. The moment she stepped in front of the camera, any hesitation melted away. She felt like a superstar, playful and free, and walked away feeling not only beautiful but also more confident than ever before.

This photoshoot became more than just portraits—it was a turning point. For Ty, it sparked a deeper sense of self-belief that spilled into both her personal and professional life. She walked away with the realization that she can do anything she sets her mind to. That same determination is what has fueled her journey in fitness, where she has found new strength, motivation, and even dreams of one day competing in a weight-training show.

When asked about aging, Ty’s outlook is refreshingly bold: “I love it!” She embraces this chapter with energy and gratitude, crediting her mom as her biggest inspiration and reminding others not to dwell on the past. Her motto—The past is gone, don’t waste time dwelling over it—is a reflection of the resilience that has shaped her path.
Looking ahead, Ty is focused on living life happy and unapologetic. Whether through travel, personal goals, or time spent with family, she is celebrating herself, her strength, and the freedom that comes with embracing every stage of life.
